{"id":1206,"date":"2025-08-14T14:03:36","date_gmt":"2025-08-14T12:03:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/fmg.be\/?p=1206"},"modified":"2025-08-14T14:06:09","modified_gmt":"2025-08-14T12:06:09","slug":"indemnites-pour-frais-de-sejour-a-letranger","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/fmg.be\/en\/indemnites-pour-frais-de-sejour-a-letranger\/","title":{"rendered":"Indemnit\u00e9s pour frais de s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Lorsqu&#8217;un dirigeant d&#8217;entreprise (ou un salari\u00e9) effectue un d\u00e9placement \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger pour des raisons professionnelles, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut l&#8217;indemniser de mani\u00e8re forfaitaire pour couvrir certaines petites d\u00e9penses telles que les repas, boissons, transports locaux,&#8230; Cette indemnit\u00e9 constitue une charge d\u00e9ductible pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 et n&#8217;est pas imposable dans le chef du b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le Moniteur Belge du 1er ao\u00fbt 2025 publie les nouvelles indemnit\u00e9s reprises dans l&#8217;Arr\u00eat\u00e9 Minist\u00e9riel du 14 juillet 2025 et applicables \u00e0 partir du 1er ao\u00fbt 2025.
