Ceci implique que tant le fournisseur que son client doivent \u00eatre connect\u00e9s au r\u00e9seau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malheureusement, plus d&#8217;un mois apr\u00e8s l&#8217;entr\u00e9e en vigueur de cette obligation vous constaterez que certains de vos clients ne sont pas encore connect\u00e9s au r\u00e9seau et il vous est donc impossible de leur envoyer cette facture \u00e9lectronique via PEPPOL. Dans ce cas, vous pouvez encore envoyer vos factures d&#8217;une autre mani\u00e8re (mail, courrier,&#8230;). Votre client risque quant \u00e0 lui d&#8217;\u00eatre sanctionn\u00e9. Nous vous conseillons toutefois de conserver la preuve qu&#8217;il n&#8217;est pas connect\u00e9 au r\u00e9seau (https:\/\/directory.peppol.eu\/public).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De m\u00eame si un fournisseur vous envoie une facture sans passer par le r\u00e9seau PEPPOL, vous \u00eates en droit de refuser celle-ci. En mati\u00e8re de TVA, l&#8217;Administration pourrait m\u00eame vous refuser le droit \u00e0 d\u00e9duction du fait que vous ne disposez pas d&#8217;une facture r\u00e9guli\u00e8re ; toutefois, la circulaire 2017\/C\/64 et son approche &#8220;substance-over-form&#8221; accorde une certaine tol\u00e9rance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":1387,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[17],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-1386","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-tva"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
